We want you to shop with confidence and understand how everything works when you place an order with us.
1. Who We Are
DealBridge helps you order products from trusted online shops across Europe. We act as a middleman (intermediary) — we handle communication, payment, and delivery coordination for you. The actual sale is between you and the original shop (our partner). Our job is to make the process simple, safe, and convenient.
2. Our Service Fee
For our help with handling and processing your order, a 15% brokerage fee is added at checkout. This covers:
- Order and supplier handling
- International coordination
- Customer support
Once your order is placed, this fee is non-refundable, since our work starts right away.
3. Where Products Come From
Your order may come from our partners in Italy, the United Kingdom, France, or Lithuania — and we’re always adding new locations! That’s why you’ll find a wide selection at good prices.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery to Denmark usually takes 3–4 weeks from the time you confirm your order. Sometimes shipping can take a little longer because of customs or transport delays — we’ll keep you updated if that happens.
5. Shipping and Transport
We make sure your order is packed and handed over to reliable delivery companies. Once it’s shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
Please note: We can’t take responsibility for damage or loss that happens during transport, but if anything goes wrong, we’ll do our best to help you contact the carrier or supplier.
6. Price Changes
Because we work with shops in different countries, prices can change slightly (for example due to exchange rates). If the price changes a little after you place your order, we’ll still process it — your order won’t be cancelled.
7. Payments
All payments are handled securely at checkout. Your payment covers:
- The product price from the shop
- Our 15% brokerage fee
- Any taxes or delivery costs shown at checkout
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Since we help you buy from other stores, returns are handled by the original shop. We’ll help you contact them if you wish to return or exchange an item. Our 15% brokerage fee can’t be refunded, as it covers the service we’ve already provided. Return shipping costs are usually paid by the buyer (unless the partner shop’s policy says otherwise).
9. Taxes and Customs
If your order is shipped from outside Denmark, customs or VAT charges may apply. These are paid by the buyer unless otherwise shown at checkout.
